The A/E represents that all services shall be performed in accordance with generally acceptable professional standards for commercial projects for institutional owners and further represents that the advice and consultation provided shall be within its authority and capacity as a professional. Services shall be inclusive of all costs (i.e. supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, etc., including profit, overhead, administration, etc.). All work shall be provided under the supervision of a professional A/E licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia to perform evaluations, inspections, investigations, analysis and recommendations, feasibility studies, code compliance, project design/drawing, cost and time estimates, reports, etc. The A/E will provide structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, fire protection, and other engineering services. Services may be extended for use by the Middlesex Water Authority.
