1. Description: Under the Bid Item for UTILITY TICKET, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for providing underground utilities locating/marking services for sewer and water system utilities in Henrico County in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR 49) 192.614, Virginia Underground Utility Damage Prevention Act and The National Utility Locating Contractors Association (NULCA) standards. The Work includes, but not limited to: a. Obtaining all permits, licenses, and certificates may be required by federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations, necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work under the resulting contract. b. Providing such office services, cellular and electronic communications and supplies as may be required for proper performance under the contract. c. Maintaining ability to process files using the latest County GIS software.
