Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Successful Bidder(s) shall provide all tools, materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform snow removal and deicing services as requested by the County and outlined in the Scope of Work/Services. The materials shall include salt and non-corrosive ice melt. 2. The Successful Bidder(s) must remove snow and/or apply deicing materials to all stairs, walkways, handicap ramps, driveways, porches, loading areas, parking lots and other areas as indicated and place on a designated grassy area as directed by the Facilities Manager or his/her duly authorized representative. Snow piled on the surface of the parking lots, sidewalks, walkways, handicap ramps and steps could melt and re-freeze creating a hazard, therefore the snow must be completely removed which may require lifting snow over curbs.
