Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts and materials, as necessary, to perform the following service(s): The Agenda is as follows: Each Day’s event will be provided from 11:00-3:00pm on April 23rd and again on April 24th. Set up should begin early enough to begin by 11am. Clean up to start at 3pm and must be completed and off site by 5pm each day Please provide the appropriate amount of attendants to man your tents/booths in an efficient manner. Vendor will be responsible to make sure they have appropriate supplies for any electrical requirements (generators, cords, etc.). There are power outlets near the CF building and CG building. Set up is in front of the CF building (between CF and “Historic Site” on the attached map). Both days are outside unless there is bad weather
