Project consists of a new 4,200 SF animal shelter, with an additional 1,100 SF exterior space. The interior of the facility consists of administrative space such as an adoption lobby, restrooms, reception / customer service counter, offices and a break room. The animal housing area contains 17 dog runs, each connected to an exterior dog run. There is also a cat room, a stray / quarantine room and a med / isolation room. Additional animal support spaces include a receiving room, food storage, clean equipment, and a get acquainted room. There is a garage off the animal receiving room that includes additional storage space. The exterior consists of the exterior dog runs and an attached fenced yard space. A parking lot with visitor spaces on the front and staff parking on the side will be provided. Off the staff parking will be a gravel parking area.
