: The purpose of this IFB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and other ancillary items necessary, as identified in these Contract Documents, to install a living shoreline and marsh sills designed to enhance coastal resilience as well as promote wetland habitat rehabilitation at Amory’s Wharf located adjacent to the Back River. Specific work elements include the removal of existing debris, the installation of two marsh sills, sand, native wetland plantings, and enhanced kayak launch area as shown in the joint permit application and construction documents to include the design drawings and specifications under Attachment H
