Amendment 0004 - SPE60522R0205 - JASIONKA POLAND - 1,680,000 GALS SFD

This amendment is for 1 new requirement at Jasionka, Poland for Diesel Fuel (SFD) (regular and Class 2 Artic Grade Diesel in winter).

Negotiations and Final Price revisions will not be conducted so please submit best price in submission.

7. Signed and Completed SF1449 (Attachment D)
