1. Retro-fitting all existing interior and exterior lighting fixtures on the cemetery grounds to LED-energy efficient compatible. This will include all fixtures in the Administration Building, Maintenance Building, Chapel, Garage, Restrooms, and all exterior lighting/parking lighting. This task shall include removal and proper disposal of existing fixtures, installation of new LED fixtures compatible with current infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with all applicable energy codes and safety standards. 2. Removal of non-functioning hot water heater in the committal shelter restrooms, and replacement/ installation of a new, 30-gallon, hot water heater. The new unit must meet or exceed current energy efficiency standards, be compatible with existing plumbing and electrical systems, and have a minimum capacity of 30 gallons. Installation must include removal and proper disposal of the existing unit, all necessary connections, testing, and verification of proper operation. All work must comply with applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. 3. Removal of non-functioning hot water heater in the maintenance building and replacement/installation of a new, 50-gallon, hot water heater. The new unit must meet or exceed current energy efficiency standards, be compatible with existing plumbing and electrical systems, and have a minimum capacity of 50 gallons. Installation must include removal and proper disposal of the existing unit, all necessary connections, testing, and verification of proper operation. All work must comply with applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. 4. Removal of tankless water heater in the Chapel building restroom and replacement/installation of a new, tankless hot water heater. The new unit must meet or exceed current energy efficiency standards, and be compatible with existing plumbing and electrical systems. Installation must include removal and proper disposal of the existing unit, all necessary connections, testing, and verification of proper operation. All work must comply with applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
