The purpose of this sealed IFB is to solicit bids to establish a contract with a responsive and responsible bidder to provide brand specific high temperature plates and bowls for the Aladdin brand cooking retherm units for Eastern State Hospital’s Food Service Department. The Aladdin Temp Rite brand is required with no alternatives accepted. Individual orders and deliveries will occur on an approximately monthly (as needed) basis with delivery to the Eastern State Hospital (ESH) Storeroom. The vendor must be able to accept purchase orders through eVA. Estimated usages provided in Section IV are for one year, but may change slightly based on need.
