Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Multiple phases and/or subphased renovations of approximately 18,000 SF total on multiple floors in existing occupied office facilities; •Installation of architectural construction barriers to control access and dust propagation outside each construction area prior to start of each phase, including but not limited to temporary walls, doors, and ceilings as shown, indicated or required;•Installation of HVAC system isolation measures to control dust and air flow prior to the start of each phase. These may include but are not limited to the following:oTemporary air filters;oTemporary dampers or closures of duct, registers, diffusers or grilles;oTemporary disconnection of HVAC system supply and returnoRebalancing of HVAC systems after substantial completion of each phase of the Work and prior to overall substantial completion to ensure proper HVAC system function is maintained in the occupied portions of the Building during the entire course of the project.•Installation of temporary negative pressure systems serving each work area prior to the start of each phase to ensure dust containment within the construction area during each phase or subphase of construction;•Coordination of noise generating construction operations, including demolition hammering, drilling, chipping or other operations creating noise greater than an A weighted level of 90db or louder; •Exterior and interior door, frame and storefront installations and modifications; •Office renovations; •Lighting installations and modifications; •Security and Access Control system installations and modifications;•Communications and Data installations;•Fire Alarm system installations and modifications; •Fire Sprinkler system installations and modifications; •Electrical installations and modifications•Glass and Glazing installations and modifications; •Flooring and other interior finish installations and modifications; •Ceiling system installations and modifications.
