Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. A modern, Honeywell Win-Pak 4.9 access control system equipped with Pro 4200 door controllers was installed in 2022 and is currently under warranty. The county wishes to extend the access control system to cover selected doors as shown on the attached drawings. The completed installation will include all components necessary for a functional system to include all necessary doors, hardware, power supplies, controllers and readers as required for a professional installation.. B. The courthouse currently has only battery back-up for the life safety and security systems at the Courthouse. Amherst would like to add a propane fired generator and all necessary interior circuitry to provide additional back-up for the life safety and security systems at the courthouse.
