A) SOFTWARE DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY REQUIREMENTS - Proposals should at a minimum address the following: 1) Ability to upload, download, copy, paste, and manage accreditation documents and confidential items 2) Support for unlimited users and SACSCOC review teams i. Provide scalability without compromising performance ii. Centralized, multi-tenant architecture supporting role-based access by college 3) Provide a centralized electronic approach with the ability to provide customization and management of templates (e.g., sub change prospectuses, 5th and 10th year reaffirmations) i. Including the integration of SACSCOC standards and templates 4) Provide both automated and ad hoc printing 5) Searchable audit trails and version control 6) External and internal capabilities to view final compliance reports, print or copy to external media, in multiple formats. 7) Describe what content can be placed within the document directory or library of your solution. i. Include how documents are managed, workflow automation, task tracking, and milestone reminders. 8) Support for all current technology platforms, web browsers, and iOS/Android. 9) Ability to quickly and efficiently complete the compliance narrative drafting and review process. 10) Customizable dashboards and reporting tools
