The Successful Offeror shall: 1. Provide a web-based application that will allow students to access all the following accessibility features: a. Text-to-speech to include: 1. Websites 2. PDFs 3. Microsoft Word 4. Google Applications b. Speech-to-text in multiple applications, to include: 1. Google docs 2. Google Slides 3. Microsoft Word c. Word prediction. d. Ability to record audio responses on documents. 2. Provide Accessibility Applications that allows for OCR conversion. 3. Provide Accessibility Applications that works with the LMS system of Schoology. 4. Provide an extension that will allow the Accessibility Application to work within various testing environments. Technical Requirements: 1. User Interface a. Browser Support – Accessibility Applications shall: 1. Have compatibility with the current versions of multiple browsers- at minimum, current versions of Edge, Safari, and Chrome browsers. 2. Maintain compatibility with listed browsers and future versions/updates/releases of the listed browsers for the contract. 3. Only require standard browser plugins.
