Specifications include, but are not limited to: installation and project management services of Avigilon Access Control (AC) and Video Management System (VMS) components at both its large campus facilities and remote system facilities such as booster pump stations and water storage tanks starting in 2020. Provide a detailed response of your company’s approach to each the following tasks: 1. Design: The selected contractor will work collaboratively with Loudoun Water to architect turnkey design for hardware, network, and software components of the AC and VMS solutions to ensure they meet requirements, are sized appropriately, are properly secured, and that they integrate seamlessly into Loudoun Water’s existing security network. 2. Installation of AC components: The selected contractor will install access control components at Loudoun Water main campus and remote facilities. Most existing door hardware is compatible with Avigilon access control, however, will require installation of Avigilon door controllers and network hardware. 3. AC and VMS Application Environment Installation Support: Contractor will work collaboratively with Loudoun Water to install the AC and VMS software/network solutions at the new locations, including configuration of application server(s) and operating system, database(s), Active Directory integration and any required access control/security configuration. This task includes confirming the existing configuration of the Avigilon VMS solution and revising as needed to ensure system compatibility and full functionality.
