This project aims to enhance security across city facilities by ensuring a structured, consistent approach for managing access control is applied throughout all city departments. The consulting service will provide expertise in reviewing and finalizing existing draft access control plans and a structured approach for implementing finalized access control program initiatives. Scope of Work: - Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: Project Timeline Development and Control Develop a comprehensive project timeline, including key milestones and deadlines. Monitor progress and adjust as necessary to ensure timely completion. Requirements Gathering Review existing procedures, reports, or policies to Identify access control requirements, preferences, and expectations from various stakeholder groups, including city officials, department managers, and end-users. Conduct interviews, surveys, or workshops as needed to gather comprehensive input. RFP Development for Access Control System Create a detailed RFP to solicit proposals for an access control system that meets the city’s requirements. Ensure the RFP outlines technical specifications, service level expectations, and evaluation criteria. Stakeholder Group Development and Policy Creation Review the current stakeholder groups and identify additional stakeholders for the project.
