he Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and incidentals as required to satisfactorily perform annual inspections of the automotive lifts and to perform any necessary repairs to keep them in good working order. All lifts are of a similar make and model. The eighteen (18) automotive lifts are in the counties of Alleghany (2), Augusta (7), Clarke (2), Frederick (2), Highland (1), and Rockingham (4). ANNUAL INSPECTION: The annual inspection shall include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and incidentals as required to ensure the lifts are in proper working order in accordance with the specifications herein. At the time of the annual inspection, the Contractor shall complete a functionality check/visual inspection of each line item listed in Attachment H - Verification of Inspections Form. Once the inspection is complete, the Contractor shall send the completed inspection form to the VDOT Contract Administrator via mail or electronic pdf email attachment within a timeframe of no more than five (5) business days after the inspection has been completed. Inspections of the lifts shall be required once per year. The inspections shall be completed prior to the current inspection expiration date. The VDOT Contract Administrator will provide the Contractor with a list of inspection expiration dates when the contract is awarded. 2. REPAIRS: Repairs costing less than $10,000 or if determined by VDOT to be an emergency shall be completed on a time and materials basis under this contract. Repairs anticipated to cost above $10,000 may be competitively bid separate from this contract.
