Specifications include, but are not limited to: * The existing spring development located behind the farm office will need to be up graded with pressure tank and pump suited to provide water throughout the watering system as well as winterized to withstand the winter elements. * The existing pipeline leading northwest up the mountain and water troughs will remain as is, and will be connected to the new piping at the base of the mountain. This will reduce the number of feet of 2” pipe by 4783ft from the NRCS engineered plan list. (We will not tie in to existing well system at this time) * Stream crossings # 2 and #8 do not need to be reconstructed, these are established and in good working order. Only a total of 10 crossings will be needed for this project. * Install pipelines according to Virginia construction Specification Plastic Pipe (VA-745)
