Specifications include, but are not limited to:Design the back end and front end for a templated Content Management System (CMS) website which includes the main site and individual sub-sites; build the system and migrate between 10,000 and 20,000 pages of content; and host the new site while providing technical support, maintenance, and occasional development in the future. The website design, implementation and migration shall be shall be completed by no later than August 01, 2015 The system shall provide the following: A. MANDATORY REQUIRED FUNCTIONALITY AND ELEMENTS: 1. Off-site/cloud-based hosting in a 100% hosted environment with (at minimum) daily backup. 2. Must be able to use SAML 2.0 for authentication through OneLogin. 3. Integration with APS LMS (Blackboard) and SIS (Synergy through Edupoint). 4. Ability for sub-sites to have template modifications. 5. Option for creating unlimited number of new sub-sites in future. 6. Multi-level account administration 7. Web-based editing interface which works in work in IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari and from mobile devices (including Apple products). Offerors who are not able to meet all of the Mandatory Required Functionality and Elements above will not have their proposals evaluated and will not be considered for contract award. B. DESIRED FUNCTIONAL FEATURES: 1. Integration with APS LMS and SIS: Easy linking to assignment uploads, etc. 2. Administrator access to templates and CSS 3. Granular-level access assignment. a. Able to differentiate between top-level admin, subsite admin, section admin, page editor, etc. b. Student-level access available with limited access. c.
