Specifications include, but are not limited to: Design the back end and front end for a templated Content Management System (CMS) website which includes the main site and individual sub-sites build the system and migrate between 10,000 and 20,000 pages of content and host the new site while providing technical support, maintenance, and occasional development in the future. 1. Off-site/cloud-based hosting in a 100% hosted environment with (at minimum) daily backup. 2. Must be able to use SAML 2.0 for authentication through OneLogin. 3. Integration with APS LMS (Blackboard) and SIS (Synergy through Edupoint). 4. Ability for sub-sites to have template modifications. 5. Option for creating unlimited number of new sub-sites in future. 6. Multi-level account administration 7. Web-based editing interface which works in work in IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari and from mobile devices (including Apple products)
