Specifications include, but are not limited to:SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES 1.1 Awarded providers agree to perform contracted services for Loudoun County Public Schools for students with disabilities as outlined and agreed to in the Individualized Educational Program (IEP). Requested services include but are not limited to Speech/Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Behavioral Therapists. 1.2Contracted providers shall provide data and documentation reports of student's performance and complete assessments, if required by the student’s IEP. 1.3 The student's IEP will determine the quantity and length of services to be provided. All services should be provided within Loudoun County. 1.4 Educational services shall be no more than $58.00 per hour. Speech services shall be no more than $87.00 per hour. OT/PT services shall be no more than $87.00 per hour. Behavioral support/consultation shall be no more than $58.00 per hour. The bill rates are for face-to-face visits only. No time is paid for travel or administrative duties. If the provider is serving multiple students the same day, we will pay the current Loudoun County mileage rate for travel between locations, but not to or from the provider’s home. 1.5 Services should be provided at the student's home or an agreed upon location designated in the IEP. If the services are provided in the home, an adult, in addition to the service provider, shall be present. 1.6 Service provider shall supply the school district with copies of data reports and documentation of student's progress, on the schedule outlined in the IEP, at least quarterly. Copies of data and information collected will become a part of the student's educational record. The service provider shall establish and maintain ongoing communication with the student's case manager according to the established schedule. Information on the student shall be provided to the Loudoun County Public Schools' case manager, who will be identified as the responsible coordinator of the student's services
