This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for the purpose of obtaining ADA compliance consulting on an as needed basis. Services and deliverables must include, but not limited to: • Assess programs, services, and facilities for accessibility barriers and develop plans to address them. • Identify barriers, recommend solutions, and estimate costs for compliance. • Provide ADA compliance support, guidance, and assistance for accommodation requests. • Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure government policies align with ADA requirements. • Review online platforms for compliance with ADA standards. • Provide training to staff on ADA regulations and best practices. • Assisting in legal matters related to ADA compliance. • Provide Risk Management and departments with supporting documentation regarding recommendations, and assessments.
