Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Vendor shall provide all materials, hardware, software, fabrication, installation, programming, and testing in conformity with manufacturer’s documentation and applicable codes and authorities having jurisdiction for the implementation of a complete Access Control System (ACS) for the project. 2. The Vendor should be fully certified by software vendor to sell, install, and maintain in Virginia all system components required. 3. The Vendor should have experience in designing, selling, installing, and maintaining the proposed access control systems. 4. The Vendor shall possess all applicable contractor licenses. 5. The Vendor shall provide all software licenses (if needed) for the ACS. 6. The Vendor shall be responsible for coordination of all ACS programming and ACS connections/interfaces with appropriate RCPS personnel.
