The magazine contents to include, but are not limited to: a. Welcome from Mayor and Director b. Feature pages of new developments/events c. Feature pages on Hampton with subjects including but not limited to the *250 Hampton Commemoration*, Virginia Air & Space Center, Beaches, Hampton History, and Camping (subjects may vary, but page number requirements remain consistent) d. Hampton Attractions section e. One page dedicated to Hampton’s craft breweries f. Minimum of three pages dedicated to regional attractions, including Williamsburg, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach g. Minimum of one page dedicated to Boating and Marina services h. Three pages dedicated to recreation and Hampton parks, including beach activities, park listings, sport listings, and golf listings i. One page dedicated to Fort Monroe National Monument j. One page dedicated to Downtown Hampton k. One page dedicated to Phoebus section l. One page dedicated to the Coliseum Central section m. Two to three page accommodations section listing Hampton hotel, motels and bed and breakfasts by location. Each listing shall include the guest services offered by each property either in paragraph, bullet or grid format. Images of each property are desired, if possible n. Six to seven page calendar of events including as many images as space will allow. Each listing will have 15 to 30 words of copy. o. Hampton map section to include citywide map and district maps for Downtown, Coliseum Central, Phoebus, Fort Monroe, and the Hampton Roads region. A pull-out Hampton street map is a desired, but negotiable, feature. p. The guide shall have a minimum of 50 pages. 3. Attractions listings: a. Shall contain helpful information on Hampton attractions including descriptions and images. 4. Accommodations listing: a. Hotel accommodation information shall include location, property features, telephone number, web site and location on the Hampton map. b. The Hampton Convention & Visitor Bureau will provide all editorial copy. Editorial supporting Hampton city history, African American heritage, parks/recreation, boating, shopping, golf is provided, including strong visual images supporting each activity. Special editorial sections have been provided for Downtown Hampton, Phoebus, Fort Monroe, and Coliseum Central business improvement districts. Editorial space is also provided for the *250 Hampton Commemoration*, Virginia Air & Space Center, Beaches, and more. These dedicated pages are subject to change. c. Hampton events are supported by a six- to seven-page calendar of events, including supporting imaging. d. The Hampton Visitor Guide is included in all convention proposals, media kits and group tour manuals distributed by Hampton Convention & Visitor Bureau. The magazine is used as the official form of fulfillment literature for all visitor inquiries received by the Hampton Visitor Center. The guides are distributed as follows: i. Approximately 30,000 are mailed to potential visitors annually.
