The project shall include, but is not limited to, the following: • Provide a facility condition assessment • Provide a space needs assessment/study • Design services to include but not limited to the following: o Replacement of the all interior finishes to include flooring, ceilings, wall paint, etc, with the exception of the Circuit Court Suite, which was recently renovated. o Renovation of the courtrooms to include finishes, seating, built-ins, lighting, and technology systems. o Interior furniture replacement with the exception of the Circuit Court Suite. o Replacement of existing storefront windows and entries. o Possible extension of the first and second floor lobbies to increase the size and eliminate the opening to the ground floor below. o Possible expansion of the ground floor entry lobby to include new exterior entry and egress storefront doors. o Investigate and assess the existing building components to determine level of repair and/or replacement needed to include architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. o Replacement of lighting with new LED lighting fixtures. o Replace existing generator that only serves part of the building to one that will service the whole building. o Modification and/or replacement of special systems to include communication systems, security systems, access control systems, fire alarm systems, etc.
