The Project scope of work includes the following professional Architectural / Engineering Design, Construction, and Administrative Services: 1. Architectural Design Services shall include the following activities (see Section B “Anticipated Process / Deliverables” for more details) a. Programming b. Space Planning c. Furniture / Interior Layout d. Schematic Design e. Design Development f. Intermediate Design g. Final Design h. Permit Documents i. Includes plans, specifications, and other required documents i. Bid Documents. i. Includes plans, specifications, and other required documents j. Construction Documents. i. Includes plans, specifications, and other required documents k. Assistance with bidding preparation and evaluation. l. Integration of County supplied products and materials into Design Documents m. Construction Contract Administration includes: i. Bi-weekly in-person, onsite Construction Progress Meetings, required throughout contract duration. 1. Weekly in-person, on-site Construction Progress Meetings, if deemed by PWC staff to be required, to meet critical milestones. ii. Provide meeting minutes iii. Provide RFI responses within project established timeframes iv. Issue Architectural Supplemental Information (ASI) as appropriate
