The NAICS code is 611710 and the Small Business Standard is $24 million dollars. The proposed contract action is for commercial services. This requirement is to support the Navy Personnel Command (NPC) and the CNO directed NLAP office by providing access to 3rd party leadership assessments that will provide the necessary feedback regarding strengths and weaknesses for prospective commanding officers to set up their professional development needs. This effort will provide a specified number of on-line Cognitive, Personality (NEO Personality Inventory 3 (NEO-PI-3)), assessment.
