Wide Area Network Transport 1. PCPS must have a minimum of 1 Gbps dedicated, symmetrical transport bandwidth between the designated endpoints, though it anticipates increasing to 2 Gbps July 1, 2026. 2. The solution should be scalable to 20 Gbps. 3. Each respondent is required to complete the attached pricing schedule with this RFP (Attachment E). The proposed costs in Attachment E shall supersede any other offered pricing should discrepancies exist between the required pricing sheet and any other document provided. a. Special construction, monthly recurring cost, and any additional non-recurring costs are required to be broken out and listed separately. b. Respondents are free to propose alternate pricing terms provided they have also included pricing in the requested format. c. No increased pricing will be allowed during the term of the quoted special construction, NRC, and MRC rate in each pricing cell of the matrix. d. If an increase in bandwidth or transfer of service from one address to another is requested during the contract period, the contract does not renew; the existing agreement may be modified to allow the change. 4. In addition to the potential division of services between two Hub sites, the District anticipates making further changes during this contract term and/or any renewal periods. The District is in the early planning stages of consolidating Walnut Hill Elementary School and Westview Early Childhood Education Center into a single new facility. This new school is expected to be constructed on or near the existing Walnut Hill site located on West South Boulevard. If service at either existing location is terminated early, or if services are transferred to the new school site, the District shall not be subject to any early termination fees. The vendor acknowledges that reasonable one-time installation or setup costs may apply for service activation at the new construction site. Such potential costs must be clearly itemized in the Pricing Attachment and shall only be charged if and when the new school is completed, and a service transfer is requested. 5. Demarcation a. All solutions must terminate service or infrastructure in the demarcation point at address specified in the pricing sheet. b. Solutions bringing service to the property line but not to the demarcation point are not acceptable. c. Respondent must specify specific demarcation setup included in base fees, e.g. wall mounted CPE and CAT6a handoff, rack mount patch panel, etc...
