Bidder responsible for verifying all measurements and site conditions prior to fabrication and installation. B. Door Specifications: 1. Model: Amarr/ENTREMATIC Model 2742, or approved equivalent. 2. Construction: 2" thick, triple-layer polyurethane insulated commercial overhead door. 3. Panel Style: Pencil groove. 4. Material: 27-gauge steel. 5. R-Value: Minimum R-19.4. 6. Color: White (interior and exterior). 7. Size: Approximately 12’-2” wide x 12’-1” high (bidder to verify exact dimensions). C. Frame & Trim: 1. Remove and replace all existing wooden jambs and header boards. 2. New jambs and header boards to be constructed using salt-treated lumber.
