Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose and intent of this sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a retainer contract through competitive negotiation with one (1) qualified offeror to provide ongoing graphic design and printing services for the Jamestown-Yorktown Commemorations, (2019 Commemoration). The successful offeror, herein after referred to as “the contractor”, shall serve as the graphic design and production contractor to provide graphic design for traditional print, digital, informational materials and publications to build awareness of Virginia’s role in the creation of the United States. The successful offeror will strategically aid the advancement of educational, tourism, and economic development goals for the 2019 Commemoration.
