Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: a. The snowplow furnished shall be capable of hydraulically positioning to form a V-Plow, left and right angle plow, and reverse V (scoop) plow. b. The total width of the plow shall be approximately120”. 2. MOLDOARD: a. The overall width of the moldboard shall be at least 10’ constructed of a minimum 11-gauge steel with at least eight (8) vertical and two (2) diagonal ribs for reinforcements. b. Approximate plowing width shall be 104” at a 30 degree angle in “V” position and 102” in scoop position. c. The unit shall be equipped with ½”x 6” high carbon steel blade. d. The blade width in “V” position shall be approximately 107”. e. The blade height shall be approximately 35” at center, 45” at end. f. The trip mechanism shall be at least four (4) springs. g. The angle cylinders shall be approximately 2” x 10”. h. The unit shall include plow shoes. 3. PUSH FRAME: a. An adjustable push frame of 4” x ½” angle attached to a rigidly constructed nose bulkhead bace shall transmit thrust directly to the point of the plow. b. The push frame shall be cross braced to control side movement of plow. c. The plow lift chain shall be 3/8” stress-proof chain. 4. PLOW FRAME: a. The flow frame shall have a center measurement of 21”with 1-5/16” diameter holes for pins. Shackles do not need to be provided. 5. ADDITIONAL: a. No “A” frame or hydraulic lift, lights, or pumps shall be furnished.
