Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of, but is not limited to: The exterior concrete ADA ramp, stairs, and loading dock at the McFarland State Office Building needs repair. The concrete has been spalling and has had large pieces of concrete broken off, causing the guard rail and handrail posts to become loose. Currently the posts are casted into the concrete which is now breaking apart. The scope of work is to remove and repair any damaged concrete, remove and repair the guardrails, remove and replace the handrails with new stainless steel handrails, support the existing canopy's located above the stairs, reconstruct the historic stairs, and replace the stairs to the loading dock with new metal stairs. A new temporary ADA ramp will need to be constructed and installed during the construction work as the existing ADA ramp will not be available.
