Specifications include, but are not limited to: An organization to provide Getting to “Y” (or similar program) and Mastermind Mentors (or similar program) to elementary through high school students and partnering school staff and/or faculty to increase student awareness, student voice, and youth empowerment/advocacy concerning their own education, mental health, and emotional health. ; a. Getting to “Y” (or similar program) b. Mastermind Mentors (or similar program) c. Specific training designed to enhance youth-adult partnerships within schools. d. Other initiatives/programs specifically designed by the contractor to increase youth empowerment/advocacy, youth peer-to-peer mentoring, and youth-adult partnerships 2. Provide technical assistance to youth and school staff/faculty within each school building to reinforce the content of the training, the frequency to be determined by specific needs of each identified school, but at least quarterly. 3. Support each supervisory union’s development of infrastructure with school and community-based education and mental health systems by appropriately customizing the programs. 4. Participate in the development of the school level Continuous Improvement Parent and Family Engagement Plans with the supervisory unions and DAs as determined by the Project AWARE Implementation Team (PAIT) and contractors. ; 1. Provide a training/meeting plan for each grant identified school based on their individual needs and current structures. 2. Provide customized programs for students across PreK-12.
