Specifications include, but are not limited to: Development of a Decentralized Wastewater Solutions Preliminary Engineering Report – Consultant shall provide technical hydrogeological and engineering services pursuant to and in compliance with DEC’s Step 1 of the State Revolving Fund – Planning and Preliminary Engineering Process. The consultant should use the format required by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and USDA Rural Development (RD) programs. Specifically, the services shall include the following: Task 1A - Review of community goals and existing conditions and incorporation of the existing data created by the Village and their Coordinator into the PER: • Visioning Goals of Community • Summary of Original Reports and Other Available Information • Meeting Minutes and Decisions • GIS Mapping • Permit Data Collection & Analyses • Hydrogeologic Site Evaluation Results (see Task 1B below) • Village Information Surveys - Review results of village information survey and inventory of existing infrastructure for potential reuse • Review results of drinking water private well testing with the Village, Coordinator and Department of Health to determine if any patterns have emerged regarding drinking water quality.
