Specifications include, but are not limited to: The site for the CVSWMD HHW facility is not determined at this time. The following figure shows a draft footprint for the HHW facility, including a covered receiving area and different sections within the structure. The building will meet Vermont’s Commercial Buildings Energy Standards. The goal is to store sufficient materials to later transport via a semi-truck, which will allow for greater efficiencies and cost-containment. The square footage for the customer receiving area is 900 square feet and the square footage for the building is 2,180 square feet. Suitable paved driveway, turn around areas for large semi-trucks, and parking are also required.
