The Aviation Program of the Policy, Planning and Intermodal Development Division (PPAID) of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Aviation Planning, Engineering and Design Services. Projects in support of Vermont’s ten (10) stateowned airports and the State’s Public Airport System include performing a variety of project administration, design, engineering, planning, airport inspection, construction support services, environmental permitting, right-of-way (ROW), and avigation easement services. The types of services required will be in accordance with the Vermont Agency of Transportation Project Development Process, the State of Vermont Department of Buildings & General Services Design Guidelines (for building projects), or as directed by the VTrans Project Manager (PM)
