Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Architectural services to assess the property’s needs and challenges, provide plans for compliance with all relevant programming and codes, provides conceptual estimates, assess permitting needs, and provide other services as necessary; 2. Historic consulting services to review and comment on proposed designs to the building, prepare a Preliminary Section 106 Review Letter, and provide other services as necessary; 3. An initial environmental assessment and review to develop a phase 1 environmental site assessment and a HUD environmental record review in compliance with NEPA; and 4. Development of construction documents that can be used for bidding implementation and fulfill requirements for future federal funding.
