Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contracts with one or more individuals who will preside as Hearing Officers over the Due Process Reviews for children/youth placed administratively at Woodside Juvenile Rehabilitation Center (Woodside). The Contractor shall ensure that the following deliverables and outputs are met: a. All post-disposition children/youth, admitted to Woodside, who are placed beyond the eighth day, would have an 8-day hearing to determine if they meet criteria for continued placement at Woodside; b. The hearing officer shall be available for hearings 100% of the time (includes arrangements for coverage with the back-up hearing officer); and c. 100% of children/youth administratively placed at Woodside shall receive a timely hearing.
