Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2,500 cubic yards of WINTER SAND delivered to the new Town Garage site in Williamsville on Depot Road (TH#2). Road sand needs to be 9/16" or greater. The first 1,500 CY of sand must be delivered to the site within seven days of the request of the Road Foreman. The remaining 1,000 CY of sand is also to be delivered within seven days of the date a request is made for delivery by the Road Foreman. Include in the bid how long it will take to deliver the first 1,500 CY of sand. Inspections of the sand will be conducted by the Road Commissioner and the Road Foreman before the bid is awarded. Additional sand, if needed during Fiscal Year 2014, to be delivered at the same price.
