This RFP may result in contract agreements with multiple Contractors depending on the proposals that are received. If awarded by the State to implement a project under a Contract, the Contractor shall enter into a Statement of Work Agreement (SOW) made pursuant to that Contract. An example of an SOW template is included at the end of the attached sample contract. Upon execution of an SOW, the Contractor shall be required to complete one or more of the following tasks: The Contractor will be asked to provide a proposal as well as a Work Plan Cost Estimate (WPCE) to the State for individual projects. The WPCE must contain: 1. The period of performance. 2. Scope of Work, tasks to be completed. 3. Cost Table which will include itemized labor in tasks, rate/quantity, and cost.
