Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Vermont Lottery Commission (VLC or Lottery) is soliciting competitive sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) for its website design and programming from qualified offerors. If a suitable offer is made in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), VLC may enter into a contract (the Contract) to have the selected offeror (the Contractor) perform all or part of the Work. The VLC is seeking to contract for: 1) Web design and development services for a new website that will significantly improve the VLCs marketing platform, be creative and contemporary, and be easy for consumers to use and navigate. 2) Content Management Software for the new website and training for the State to be able to maintain the website content on-going. 3) Hosting of the new website - this is an optional requirement as we may stay with our current hosting provider but are interested in obtaining other hosting proposals as part of this RFP process.
