Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Commerce & Community Development, Department of Tourism & Marketing (hereinafter the “State”) is searching for a vendor that can manage our Request for Information program (vermontvacation.com/request-forinformation). The selected vendor will provide fulfillment duties including inventory receiving, storage, pick and pack, and outbound shipping. The vendor will be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of brochures and printed collateral materials that is accessible to the State for in-person pick up and outbound shipping. The selected vendor will need to have shipping expertise to achieve the best rates for mailing individual vacation planning packets, bulk, or full case orders, or for shipments prepared for trade shows and consumer events.
