1. Meal Delivery Services a. Bidder will provide daily lunch meals for a varying number of trainees as specified by the State. b. Deliver to: Vermont Correctional Academy, 1713 Industrial Parkway, Lyndonville, VT. c. Delivery schedule: Monday through Friday, including holidays, during academy sessions. d. Meals must be delivered no later than 10:30 AM on each scheduled service day. 2. Meal Components a. Each lunch meal must include: i. Lunch-appropriate entrée such as a deli-style sandwich, wrap, salad or equivalent. ii. Portion of chips or comparable side. Revised: March 18, 2025 Page 3 of 8 iii. Individually portioned, ready-to-eat. iv. Desert option. v. Individual drink selection (e.g., soda, diet soda, bottled water). vi. All condiments appropriate to the provided meal. vii. Disposable utensils and serveware: Includes plates, napkins, cutlery, and any other required items.
