Specifications include, but are not limited to: The VTrans Training Center (VTTC) of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking contractor services to assist in leadership training to create highly capable leaders who effectively lead multi-generational teams to meet the mission of Agencies and Departments. Leaders would create and sustain employee engagement, in an in-person, teleworking or hybrid work environment, while maximizing the benefits of diversity, equity and inclusion in a strengths-based workplace environment. Safety, both physical and psychological, innovation, and continuous improvement are foundation values for a successful team. Employee empowerment and autonomy while creating career paths for staff are critical to employee engagement, growth, and retention. Leadership training programs will equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to effectively lead themselves, lead their teams, and lead the organization into a sustainable future while focusing on providing excellent customer service to its citizens. AOT Leadership training will be provided to a wide range of educational and learning styles. To ensure that the training addresses these variances, instruction will be tailored to meet individual needs as well as address major learning styles, i.e.. visual, auditory, reading/writing, and kinesthetic. Additionally, given the priority of AOT’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, all curricula should support the high value of diversity, equity, and inclusion and provide practical application(s).
