Provide full food service support for courses conducted at the Vermont Regional Training Institute. Total Period of Performance 03 JAN 2025 – 27 JUN 2025, as follows:
- CLINs 0001 – 0005: PoP 03 – 25 January 2025
- CLINs 0006 – 0010: PoP 06 – 28 February 2025
- CLINs 0011 – 0015: PoP 06 – 28 March 2025
- CLINs 0016 – 0020: PoP 01 – 23 May 2025
- CLINs 0021 – 0025: PoP 05 – 27 June 2025
Combined Synopsis and Solicitation (attached as "W912LN-25-Q-A006 PWS Clauses &Provisions”) includes Performance Work Statement describing work to be performed, Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors inlcludes important information on what to include in quotes and how quotes must be submitted, as well as the Evaluation Factors that will be used to select a vendor. A template is provided to help offerors organize information and ensure completeness of submissions. It is not mandatory but is recommended. A spreadsheet is also attached to facilitate submission of price quote and ensure accurate calculations.
