Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the State is seeking proposals from contractors who will be reviewed and prequalified to provide the State of Vermont with one or more of the Construction services categories described in this RFP. Contractors meeting the qualification requirements described in this RFP may receive an umbrella contract, to be utilized by the State as projects arise at various State-owned properties. 3.2. Types of work anticipated under the eventual contract include but are not limited to: 3.2.1. Excavation 3.2.2. Road Grading 3.2.3. Supply, Delivery and Spreading of Gravel, Crushed Stone, and Road Base Materials 3.2.4. Road Repairs including bridges, waterbars, dips, drainage install and repairs. 3.2.5. Emergency Repairs 3.2.6. Waterlines and Sanitary System Maintenance 3.2.7. Shoreline Stabilization 3.2.8. Erosion Control and Repairs 3.2.9.
