The successful applicant will provide the Town of Leicester: ● A minimum of two meeting with an advisory committee comprised of state and local representatives that will provide input on existing conditions and options at the beginning of the project and a review of the recommendations near the end of the project. ● Suggestions for traffic calming projects within the study area. Projects that begin as demonstrations only are welcome. ● Recommendations for potential context changes (if any) for Leicester. ● A traffic study, analyzing volume, vehicle types and speeds within the project area, as well as identifying critical safety concern locations. ● A scaled site plan of the study area identifying proposed; locations and types of road improvements, streetscape improvements, new or reconfigured parking areas, signage and traffic calming treatments. ● Scaled drawings of appropriate traffic calming treatments for key areas identified in the final plan.
