Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Human Services (AHS), Department for Children and Families (DCF), Family Services Division (FSD) (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more individuals hat can provide Transportation and/or Supported Family Time Services (formerly known as supervised visitation). These services shall be provided to children/youth/families referred for services throughout the State, with a particular need for contractors in the Bennington, Brattleboro, and Springfield districts. Bidders may apply to provide any of the following services in any of the catchment areas outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP): • Standard Transportation; and/or • Supported Family Time Services.
