2.1. The testing, inspection, and repair of the sprinkler systems will be done in accordance with all National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Federal, State, and Local Codes. The work is to be done in a professional manner. 2.2. Each system shall be tested for proper operation in accordance with NFPA and all local, State and Federal regulations. 2.3. The cost of the Public Safety Annual Inspection sticker will be included in the cost of the Annual inspection. 2.4. District Facility Manager in each area will be given a two (2) day prior notification to the inspections taking place. 2.5. BGS will supply maintenance personnel for after-hours scheduled work. 2.6. Schedule will be at the discretion of the contractor and approved by BGS. Based on the impact of the building occupants, testing & inspection procedures should be limited to the hours before 7:30 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m. Some exceptions to these times may be acceptable but will need prior approval by BGS. 2.7. Testing & Inspections may take place over the course of State Holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays with prior approval by BGS. 2.8. Successful contractors shall submit an inspection schedule upon notification of award. 2.9. Security background check will be required by personnel performing inspections. 2.10. All low points are to be drained after each inspection BGS Staff can assist in the drain locations.
