Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Winooski is soliciting Bids for a contract or contracts to clear snow and ice from the several City-managed parking lots from Fall of 2022 through Spring of 2023. Duties are to be carried out in the event of two inches or more of snow. Snow clearing services are requested for parking lots and associated areas at five sites within the City of Winooski: 1. O’Brien Community Center (32 Malletts Bay Avenue). In addition to the parking lot, this site includes clearing the rear driveway / fire lane, accessible through a gate at the southwest corner of the building. Hours of operations are: 7:00AM to 7:00PM seven days a week 2. City Hall / Police Department (27 West Allen Street). This site includes clearing the main parking lot north of the building, the driveway east of the building and the parking spots fronting the south side of the building on the north shoulder of West Allen Street. Hours of operation are: The Police Department is open 24/7 3. Fire Department (120 Main Street). Hours of operation are: The Fire Department is open 24/7 4. Lot D, (1 Abenaki Way). This site is the main parking lot for Community College of Vermont (CCV). The entrance to this gravel parking lot is at the west end of Winooski Falls Way, at the intersection of Abenaki Way. Hours of operation are: 7:45AM to 9:00PM Monday through Thursday; 7:45AM to 5:00PM Fridays; 8:30AM to 4:30PM Saturdays Closed on Sundays. 5. Senior Center (123 Barlow Street). Hours of operation are: 8:30AM to 12:00PM, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; 8:30AM to 2:30PM Thursdays; Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
