Bid requirements include: • Trade-in: Bid must include trade-in allowance for a 2021 Freightliner M2106 four-wheel drive truck with side dump body, headgear, two-way front plow, and wing. Please make an appointment to view (802)289-4307 or highway@vermontel.net • Bid must include the VIN of the vehicle being proposed. • In no case will a proposal be acceptable if any of the assemblies furnished are inferior to those described in their regularly published literature. • Any and all parts or attachments shall conform in strength, workmanship, and quality of material to what is usually provided by good engineering practice. • Any company or manufacturer that submits a proposal that does not meet the minimum bid requirements and vehicle specifications will not be considered. • All proposals must include an exemption sheet that clearly lists any item or items not meeting the enclosed minimum specifications. Not including this exemption sheet may disqualify the proposal. • Warranty: Please list warranty options you can offer the Town and the prices of those options.
